Job DescriptionProvides high-level administrative support to the Country President, manages daily office operations and assists with marketing activities to enhance organizational visibility and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage the Country President’s calendar, travel, meetings, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.
- Organize and coordinate executive events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support marketing initiatives, including campaign coordination, event planning, and preparation of promotional materials.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners for marketing projects and communications.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain records, files, and office systems for efficiency.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing-related expenses.
Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a senior administrative role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
