Job Summary
The Executive – Commercial Policy Operations will be responsible for managing policy issuance and processing policy servicing requests accurately and within defined SLAs and KPIs. The role will handle various commercial insurance transactions while ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage New Business, Renewals, Endorsements, and Certificates within the defined SLA.
- Ensure all policy requests are processed accurately and according to internal guidelines.
- Handle policy documentation and maintain accurate records, trackers, and complaint logs.
- Participate in testing activities and ensure testing is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Support projects, reporting, and coordination with IT as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policy administration.
- Experience handling complex annual and project policies.
- Good understanding of policy terms, conditions, and clauses.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good typing speed and familiarity with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Licentiate or Associate from III is preferred.
- CII Certificate is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow a process-oriented approach.
