A leading organization is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and stakeholder coordination support within a dynamic and professional environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership, managing stakeholder engagements, coordinating key initiatives, and ensuring the smooth execution of business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor action items, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records, official correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support project coordination, KPI tracking, procurement activities, and administrative processes.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, workshops, conferences, training programs, and official engagements.
- Prepare stakeholder engagement materials, briefing documents, and executive reports.
- Ensure compliance with governance, documentation control, and administrative procedures.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, International Relations, Management, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in executive support, office management, administration, or stakeholder coordination.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives, directors, or leadership teams.
- Experience working with government entities, regulatory authorities, international organizations, embassies, or public-sector stakeholders is highly desirable.
- Experience in project coordination, governance, compliance, or document management is advantageous.
- Experience coordinating executive meetings, official visits, delegations, or international engagements is preferred.
- Strong understanding of regional business culture, professional etiquette, and stakeholder engagement practices.
- Proactive, service-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
- Candidates with experience in government, semi-government, regulatory, international, or executive office environments are highly encouraged to apply.
- Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
