Esnad Contracting Company is looking for Estimation Engineers to join our Head Office team in Riyadh.
We are seeking candidates with experience in construction and infrastructure projects, particularly those familiar with government projects and tendering
Available Positions:
- 1 Architect Estimation Engineer
- 1 Civil Estimation Engineer
- 2 Mechanical Estimation Engineers
- 1 Electrical Estimation Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review project cost estimates and tender documents.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and pricing for tenders.
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, and project teams to obtain required information and quotations.
- Assist in preparing accurate tender submissions.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in estimation and tendering within the construction industry.
- Experience with infrastructure projects .
- Familiarity with BOQs, drawings, specifications, and quantity take-offs.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and project costs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant estimation/engineering software.
