Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimation Engineer role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Estimation Engineer will prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) and technical projects. Responsibilities include reviewing architectural and MEP drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, conducting market research on electrical materials, equipment, and labor costs, and developing competitive proposals. The role involves coordinating with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to validate estimates, clarify scope, and support tender submissions. The Estimation Engineer will also assist in value engineering, track actual project costs against estimates, and update estimation databases to improve future accuracy.
