Job Summary :
We are looking for a hunter-profile Enterprise Solution Sales Executive with a strong UAE network and a proven record of winning new enterprise accounts. You will own the entire sales cycle. That covers prospecting and C-level engagement, then solution positioning, negotiation and closure, for complex digital transformation and consulting solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Win new logos across UAE enterprise and government-adjacent accounts.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through direct prospecting, networking and executive outreach.
- Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Work with solution architects and consulting teams to create client-specific propositions.
- Sell technology and consulting solutions through a consultative, value-based approach.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account-development plans in CRM.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of enterprise solution sales experience in the UAE.
- A proven record of new business and new-logo acquisition, with numbers to back it up.
- A strong enterprise and/or public-sector network in the UAE.
- Experience selling digital transformation, cloud, data/AI or consulting solutions.
- Excellent C-level stakeholder management and commercial negotiation skills.
- A genuine hunter mindset, not primarily an account-management profile.
- Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
