We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Insights Enablement Lead to drive the successful enablement of our Enterprise Insights Transformation (EIT), ensuring that investments in Data Products, Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Models, Enterprise Data Catalog, and AI-powered insights become embedded across the organization. You will lead the enterprise-wide enablement strategy, empowering business users to discover, trust, access, and leverage governed enterprise data while accelerating the transition from fragmented reporting and legacy SAP BW solutions towards a modern, self-service, and AI-ready insights ecosystem.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and lead the enablement strategy for Enterprise Insights Transformation across all markets. Define the rollout approach, enablement plans, and success measures to support the adoption of enterprise data, analytics, and AI capabilities.
- Design and deliver learning journeys, workshops, and enablement programs that build analytics, data literacy, and AI capabilities across business functions. Develop scalable learning resources tailored to different user communities.
- Establish and lead the Enterprise Insights Community across all markets, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and best practice exchange. Build and support a network of business champions to accelerate enablement and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders, market teams, and Product Managers to understand business needs and support the successful rollout of Enterprise Insights capabilities. Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology throughout the transformation journey.
- Partner with Product Managers and technical teams to ensure enterprise data products, analytics solutions, and self-service capabilities are well documented, easily discoverable, and effectively used across the business.
- Define and monitor enablement KPIs to measure engagement, learning effectiveness, and the usage of Enterprise Insights capabilities. Gather user feedback and continuously improve enablement programmes, resources, and ways of working.
- Promote consistent ways of working by developing standards, best practices, guidance, and reusable assets for Enterprise Insights. Partner with Architecture, Product, and Analytics teams to improve the quality, consistency, and usability of enterprise insights.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, digital transformation, or data enablement initiatives. Proven track record of driving business adoption, stakeholder engagement, capability building, and organizational change within large, complex organizations.
- Practical experience with modern analytics and business intelligence platforms, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SAP BW, Azure, Enterprise Data Catalogs, and related analytics technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise analytics concepts, including Data Products, Semantic Models, Data Catalogs, Data Governance, self-service analytics, and business intelligence best practices. Experience working within modern data platforms and analytics operating models is considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience leading business enablement, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change initiatives that support enterprise-wide transformation. Experience developing enablement strategies that drive engagement and adoption across diverse business functions.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programs, workshops, user guidance, and Communities of Practice that strengthen analytics capabilities, data literacy, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across business and technology teams. Experience engaging senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and driving cross-functional collaboration across a complex organization.
- Lead enterprise communication and engagement activities that increase awareness, understanding, and business participation in Enterprise Insights initiatives. Develop communication plans, campaigns, and success stories that support the rollout of new capabilities across all markets.
- Willingness to travel across Coca-Cola HBC markets approximately once per month during key deployment and enablement phases, to support workshops, stakeholder engagement, business readiness and adoption activities.
