We are seeking an experienced Enterprise App Manager to oversee enterprise applications, business systems, application performance, and technology delivery. This role is ideal for a technology leader who can connect business requirements with reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.
üîπ ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Manage the organization’s enterprise application portfolio and daily application operations.
‚úÖ Lead the implementation, enhancement, integration, and lifecycle management of business applications.
‚úÖ Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to understand technology requirements.
‚úÖ Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, workflow, reporting, and other critical enterprise platforms.
‚úÖ Monitor application availability, performance, security, incidents, and service levels.
‚úÖ Coordinate application upgrades, patches, migrations, integrations, and major system changes.
‚úÖ Manage internal technical teams, vendors, consultants, and application service providers.
‚úÖ Establish application governance, support procedures, documentation, and operational standards.
‚úÖ Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, system consolidation, and cost optimization.
‚úÖ Manage application budgets, project priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
‚úÖ Prepare application performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
üîπ QUALIFICATIONS
üéì Bachelor‚Äôs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field.
üíº 6+ years of experience in enterprise applications, application management, IT operations, or technology delivery.
üíª Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, cloud applications, APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise platforms.
üìä Experience with IT service management, application governance, vendor management, and system performance.
üîÑ Understanding of SDLC, Agile, change management, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
ü§ù Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
⭐ ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, or relevant technology certifications are an advantage.
üåç UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
