Training & OnboardingTraining Period: You will undergo a comprehensive 8-week training program designed to equip you with the technical knowledge and sales strategies required for the role.Core Responsibilities: The role encompasses Technical Support, Upselling, and Target Sales, with performance-linked incentives.Compensation & Benefits StructureBase SalaryTotal Gross Salary: 23,000 EGP Gross per month.Basic Salary: 20,000 EGP Gross per month.KPI Allowance: 3,000 EGP Gross per month, subject to performance.Bonuses & Incentives (Additional)Sign-On BonusReceive a bonus equivalent to one month's salary, paid in two installments:Attendance Bonus (From Nesting Onwards)Awarded upon maintaining perfect attendance (0 APS / 0 Lateness).Monthly Sales IncentivesUp to 10,000 EGP per month, in addition to performance points, based on achieving sales targets.
