Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for English Speakers based in Cairo. The role involves engaging in professional communication in English with clients, colleagues, and partners, both verbally and in writing. Daily tasks may include handling phone calls and emails, supporting recruitment activities, preparing and reviewing documentation, and assisting with interviews or candidate coordination. The person in this role will help ensure clear, accurate, and timely communication across HR HUB’s operations. Collaboration with team members, adherence to internal processes, and maintaining a professional and welcoming manner are essential parts of the position.
Qualifications
* Strong command of spoken and written English, with clear pronunciation and professional communication skills.
* Ability to handle phone calls, emails, and client interactions confidently and politely.
* Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and online communication tools.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Previous experience in customer service, administration, or recruitment support is an advantage.
* Ability to work on-site in Cairo on a full-time schedule and maintain a high level of professionalism.
* Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory if skills and experience are demonstrated.
