Role Description The English Speaker (B2–C1) Customer Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October. The person in this role will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, providing accurate information, resolving inquiries, and addressing complaints in a professional manner. Daily tasks include listening to customer needs, documenting interactions in company systems, following defined procedures, and escalating complex issues when necessary. The Customer Advisor will collaborate with team leaders and colleagues, meet performance and quality targets, and adhere to company policies and data protection standards. The role also involves continuously improving product knowledge and communication techniques to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong English communication skills (B2–C1 level) in speaking, reading, and writing, with clear and courteous customer interaction.
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities, including active listening, empathy, and effective issue resolution.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM or contact center systems, email, and chat tools.
- Teamwork and time-management skills, with reliability in meeting schedules, attendance, and performance targets.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn new processes and products.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or BPO environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, languages, or related fields is a plus.
- Availability to work on-site in Qesm 1st 6 October in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
