Role Description This is a full-time, on-site English Customer Support Agent role based in Cairo. The agent will handle customer inquiries through multiple channels (such as chat, email, and phone), providing clear, professional, and accurate information in English at a B2–C1 level. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving account and payment-related issues, guiding customers through Tabby’s products and processes, and escalating technical or complex cases to specialized teams when needed. The role involves documenting interactions, updating customer records, and following internal procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality. The agent will work closely with cross-functional teams, share feedback on recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows.
Qualifications
* Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction, with a service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to provide basic Technical Support, troubleshoot common issues, and follow clear escalation paths.
* Well-developed Analytical Skills to understand customer problems, interpret data or logs, and identify root causes.
* Excellent Communication skills in English (B2–C1 level), both written and spoken, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
* Recent graduate or early-career professional with a relevant degree (e.g., Business, Communications, Languages, IT, or related field).
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and adapting to new tools, processes, and product updates.
* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage time and priorities in shift-based work.
* Experience in financial services, e-commerce, or contact center environments is an advantage but not required.
