✓ Pre-construction: attend drawing reviews & technical briefings; alert the contractor in advance on site discrepancies (water levels, electrical points, access panels).
✓ On-site QC: supervise full installation of turnkey projects, wardrobes, kitchens & stone countertops; enforce samples, contract specs & Dubai fit-out standards; reject substandard materials.
✓ Progress: track weekly/monthly schedules, manpower & materials; flag delays, drive subcontractor rectification; submit weekly/monthly reports with photo/video records.
✓ Coordination: liaise with contractor, client consultants, local subcontractors & MEP; chair site meetings to resolve interface conflicts; handle technical disputes, variations & change records.
✓ Acceptance: organize sectional, pre-handover & final handover; manage defect/rectification list to acceptance; verify early-warranty issues.
✓ Safety & compliance: comply with UAE HSE; conduct safety inspections; archive site records & report to HQ China.
Skills
1. Associate degree+ in Construction Engineering, Interior Decoration, or related field;
2. 3+ years on-site supervision / PM in high-end fit-out, whole-house cabinetry, kitchen & countertop installation, or high-rise construction. Dubai/Middle East experience preferred; custom furniture background a plus.
3. Read CAD construction & fabrication drawings;
4. skilled in site layout, inspection, acceptance & rectification/rework list management.
5. Fluent English (spoken & written).
6. UAE HSE knowledge; Dubai fit-out & FIDIC familiarity preferred.
7. Pressure-tolerant, able to resolve on-site emergencies independently.
