Role Description The Engineering Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sectors, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting Floatmap’s integrated engineering services. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, preparing and delivering technical and commercial proposals, coordinating with engineering teams to align solutions with client needs, and tracking opportunities from lead generation through closing. The role also involves representing Floatmap at meetings and industry events, gathering market intelligence, supporting strategic partnerships, and contributing to revenue growth and brand positioning. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to refine service offerings and improve the client experience is a key component of this role.
