We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Officer to manage employee-related matters and ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace investigations.
- Manage employee relations documentation, warnings, and case records.
- Coordinate with HR Operations and Government Relations on employee-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, and relevant HR policies.
- Support employee engagement, conflict resolution, and internal HR procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
