Role Description The Early Childhood Teacher will provide inclusive, supportive education and care to young children in an on-site setting in New Cairo. In this full-time role, the teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play-based learning experiences that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities include creating and implementing a structured daily routine, observing and documenting children’s progress, and adapting teaching strategies to individual needs. The teacher will collaborate closely with colleagues, psychologists, and support staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment that aligns with Safe Egypt’s protection and empowerment goals. Regular communication with parents and caregivers, participation in training and awareness activities, and adherence to child safeguarding policies are also core aspects of the role.
