Job Title: EAM-CMMS Functional Lead (Sr Engineer)
Location: Cairo The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective Maximo functional solutions, including design, testing, data migration, training, and Level 2 support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead an assigned Maximo functional portfolio covering Work Management, Preventive Maintenance, Assets, Locations, Inventory, Procurement, Reporting, or Integrations.
- Develop functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and system designs.
- Plan and support functional testing, UAT, defect management, and system releases.
- Support data migration, MxLoader requirements, integrations, and data validation.
- Develop training materials, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
- Provide Level 2 functional support and coordinate with Level 1 and Level 3 teams.
- Maintain requirements traceability, process mapping, testing evidence, and change records.
- Ensure proper security, segregation of duties, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of EAM/CMMS functional experience; Maximo certification is an advantage.
- Practical IBM Maximo experience, preferably in infrastructure or Facility/MEP environments.
- Strong experience in functional design, process mapping, testing/UAT, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of workflows, security, integrations, MxLoader, and data migration.
- Working knowledge of ISO 55001, ISO 55013, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 20000-1, and BS EN 13460.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
