Everything Coffee is a one-stop destination for the coffee industry. We supply coffee equipment for cafés, roasteries, home baristas, and everyday coffee lovers, and we also offer service, maintenance, and consulting. We are growing our online presence and looking for an organized, detail-focused E-commerce Executive to join our team in Dubai.
About the Role
You will own our product catalog across our Shopify store and marketplaces (Amazon and Noon). You’ll make sure every product is listed accurately, looks great, and stays in stock, working closely with our web and inventory teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Add and update products on our Shopify store, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images
- Write clear, engaging, SEO-friendly product descriptions
- Edit and prepare product images using Photoshop or Figma
- Keep the product catalog organized with correct categories, collections, tags, and variants
- List and manage products on Amazon (Seller Central) and Noon
- Keep inventory levels accurate across all channels by coordinating with the inventory team
- Support order fulfillment by coordinating with the inventory and operations team
- Maintain customer and order records in the CRM
- Monitor listings for errors, out-of-stock items, and outdated information
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience in an e-commerce role (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Experience managing listings and inventory on Amazon and/or Noon
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and SEO
- Working knowledge of a CRM system
- Basic skills in Photoshop or Figma for editing product images
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Based in Dubai
