Job Overview:
Our client is seeking an Appointment Setter fluent in Dutch and English to be the first point of contact for construction companies and contractors throughout the Netherlands, introducing them to a cost-effective alternative for premium window and glass systems. Working directly from a curated list of 500+ qualified prospects, you will make 30+ outbound calls daily, articulate why clients should choose this supplier over traditional European options, collect project measurements for pricing comparison, and schedule qualified appointments with the company owner. This is a commission-rich opportunity where successful client acquisition can generate recurring income for years as satisfied customers continue ordering high-value projects.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM CET; Part-time, 20 work hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Make 30+ outbound calls daily to construction companies, contractors, and window installers from provided prospect lists.
- Qualify prospects by identifying their current window and glass system suppliers and project volumes.
- Present the company's unique value proposition, emphasizing cost savings without compromising quality or service.
- Collect measurements from previous projects so pricing comparisons can be demonstrated.
- Schedule qualified appointments for in-person meetings at client locations.
- Capture interested prospect information and project details in Excel tracking sheets.
- Follow up with warm leads who requested callbacks or additional information.
- Generate 10+ qualified leads or measurement requests per day from outbound calling efforts.
- Maintain communication in Dutch with prospects while coordinating internally in English.
- Build rapport with company decision-makers to establish long-term purchasing relationships.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or telephone sales.
- Comfortable making 30+ calls per day with consistent energy and professionalism.
- Ability to qualify prospects and identify decision-makers in construction and contracting companies.
- Experience articulating value propositions and overcoming objections during discovery calls.
- Strong organizational skills to track prospect interactions and follow-ups in Excel.
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central European Time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction, building materials, or manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of window and glass system specifications or construction project workflows.
- Experience working with commission-based compensation structures previously.
- Familiarity with Just Call or similar outbound calling platforms.
