Thomsun Music Institute is looking for a passionate and experienced Drum Teacher to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-to-one and group drum lessons for children, teenagers, and adults
• Teach students from beginner to advanced levels
• Develop lessons based on students’ levels and goals
• Teach rhythm, timing, rudiments, grooves, fills, coordination, and performance skills
• Prepare students for music examinations, recitals, concerts, and showcases
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in music/Drums/Percussion or related field preferred
• Grade 8 Drums/Percussion qualification (Trinity or equivalent) preferred
• 4–5 years of post-qualification teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of drumming techniques, rhythm, and music theory
• Experience preparing students for Trinity, ABRSM or LCM is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Patient, enthusiastic, and confident teaching approach
