üé® Key Responsibilities
- * Lead and oversee interior architecture projects, ensuring design concepts align with client requirements, project objectives, and brand standards.
- Develop design strategies, space-planning concepts, layouts, material palettes, and interior design proposals.
- Manage the full design process, from initial concepts and design development to technical documentation and project delivery.
- Supervise and mentor interior designers, architects, and design team members to maintain high creative and technical standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders throughout project execution.
- Review architectural drawings, technical specifications, construction details, and design documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure interior layouts meet relevant building regulations, accessibility requirements, safety standards, and applicable design guidelines.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Evaluate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment to balance aesthetics, functionality, durability, and budget requirements.
- Conduct site visits and design inspections to monitor progress and ensure work aligns with approved plans and specifications.
- Resolve design conflicts, technical challenges, and project issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Present design concepts, proposals, and progress updates to clients and senior management.
- Identify opportunities to improve design workflows, sustainability practices, and overall project efficiency.
- Stay informed about emerging interior architecture trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.
‚úÖ Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural detailing, materials, finishes, lighting, and interior construction methods.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or equivalent tools.
- Experience with 3D visualization and presentation software is an advantage.
- Strong project management, leadership, and team-coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, construction documentation, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and allocate resources effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, safety requirements, accessibility standards, and sustainable design principles.
