We are looking for an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in the UAE construction industry to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed architectural, structural and construction drawings
• Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings and technical details based on project requirements
• Review design drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and coordination
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments and site requirements
• Coordinate with Engineers, Architects, Technical and Site teams
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards and approved designs
• Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions and documentation
• Support the technical team with drawing modifications and site-related requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Draftsman within the UAE construction industry
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings
• Good understanding of architectural, structural and construction drawings
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
⚠️ UAE construction experience is mandatory.
