Role Description The Drafter will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans for production lines, equipment, and related components used in confectionery and bakery manufacturing. This includes converting design concepts and engineering specifications into accurate 2D and/or 3D drawings, updating drawings based on feedback, and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry requirements. The Drafter will collaborate closely with engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to clarify design details, adjust layouts for manufacturability, and maintain organized drawing and documentation archives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan, requiring daily presence at the company’s manufacturing facilities to support ongoing projects and production activities.
