Job Title: Domestic Tour Operator

Key ResponsibilitiesTour Package Design & Sales:
- Develop, customize, and price comprehensive domestic tour packages, including specialized options for honeymoons, families, and leisure travelers.
- Create detailed itineraries that cater to diverse client interests and budgets.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, offering professional travel recommendations and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Operations & Coordination:
- Coordinate all travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, transportation, sightseeing tours, and activity bookings.
- Liaise with a network of local suppliers, including hotels, transportation providers, and tour guides to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive offers with hotels and resorts across Egypt.
- Prepare and manage all travel documents, including itineraries, vouchers, and invoices.
- Handle and resolve operational issues and last-minute changes promptly and efficiently.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire booking process, from initial inquiry to post-trip feedback.
- Resolve any client issues or complaints professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
RequirementsExperience & Education:
- 1 to 2 years of proven experience in domestic tourism operations within Egypt.
- A Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of hotels, resorts, tours, and attractions across all major Egyptian destinations (e.g., Sharm El-Sheikh, Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan, the Red Sea, and the North Coast).
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with travel management software or booking platforms.
- Knowledge of Nile cruises and their itineraries.
