As part of Penspen’s strategic initiative to strengthen the UAE’s national talent pool, We are looking forward to hire Document Controller to support major Oil & Gas projects in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring effective document control processes, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with ADNOC and project-specific requirements.
Requirements
- * 5+ years of relevant Document Control experience in Engineering or Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience with EDMS/document management systems such as Aconex, ProjectWise, SharePoint or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail, document traceability and follow-up skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
