Role Description The District Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in El Mansoura, responsible for overseeing sales operations and team performance within the assigned territory. This role involves managing and coaching field teams, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring effective execution of district-level plans. The District Manager will regularly visit key accounts, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to strengthen relationships, support product positioning, and address market needs. Daily responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes identifying new business opportunities, organizing local initiatives and trainings, and representing CIRA Pharma in district-level events and meetings.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical, cosmeceutical, or healthcare sales and district or area management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop field teams toward achieving targets.
- Proficiency in territory planning, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals and key accounts.
- Solid understanding of the local market in El Mansoura and surrounding areas, including pharmacy and clinic dynamics.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities on-site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work ethically, comply with regulatory standards, and represent the company professionally.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, spreadsheets, communication platforms) for reporting and coordination.
- Previous experience managing a team in a commercial healthcare setting is a strong advantage.
