Core Responsibilities:-
Receive and review Inpatient /outpatient service requests and medical service bills.
Verify coverage eligibility, benefits, and network provider status according to client contracts and operating guidelines.
Monitor service completion and ensure timely case closure.
Coordinate case management, admin executive team and Outpatient team with accurate status, documentation, and outcomes.
Escalate delayed, rejected, or critical cases according to the defined escalation workflow.
Prepare operational reports related to dispatch volume, turnaround time, and backlog.
Coordinate with Patient Accounts, Collection, Reconciliation teams, preapprovals team and Outpatient services to ensure complete and timely submissions.
Communicate with providers and internal stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.
Ensure smooth outpatient service scheduling and minimize delays.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operating procedures, client contracts, and SLAs.
Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in line with healthcare regulations.
Ensure documentation completeness for audit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree at any discipline
+5 years of experience in patient accounting.
Basic knowledge of patient workflows and healthcare service processes.
Understanding of insurance coverage verification, provider networks, and authorization processes.
