Reports to: Associate Dean Enrollment & Instructional Affairs
Purpose:
To provide leadership and direction for Enrollment Services by overseeing the full enrollment lifecycle across the Contact Center, Scheduling team, Certification team, and Admissions and Registration teams. The role ensures efficient, learner-centered, and policy-compliant services that support enrollment growth, operational excellence, data accuracy, learner satisfaction, and alignment with SCE strategy and AUC’s institutional vision
Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Leadership & Management: Set and execute the direction, annual goals, and service priorities for Enrollment Services, ensuring alignment with SCE objectives, institutional policies, and learner needs. Lead, oversee and develop the Contact Center, Scheduling, Certification, and Admissions and Registration teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Enrollment Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee end-to-end enrollment operations ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent service delivery across all teams while maintaining compliance with department admissions, operational, and institutional policies. Identify process gaps and lead improvements that streamline learner journeys, reduce service delays, and improve the overall student experience.
- Contact Center: Oversee the Contact Center’s strategies to ensure high-quality, responsive, and accurate communication with prospective and current learners. Ensure that learners receive accurate information regarding programs, admission requirements, registration procedures, schedules, payments, certificates, and related services.
- Scheduling, Admissions, Registration & Certification Oversight: Oversee course and program scheduling operations to support effective planning, resource utilization, and learner access. Direct admissions and registration processes to ensure accuracy, fairness, compliance, and efficient coordination with departments and support units. Supervise certification services to ensure accurate verification, timely issuance, and proper documentation of learner completion records and credentials.
- Data, Systems & Continuous Improvement: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of enrollment-related data and learner records. Use enrollment reports, service metrics, and operational dashboards to support planning, decision-making, forecasting, and performance improvement. Collaborate with relevant teams to optimize systems, workflows, automation, and digital service tools that support enrollment operations and learner services.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated enrollment planning and effective service delivery. Provide guidance, reports, and insights to support decisions related to enrollment trends, learner demand, operational capacity, and service performance.
- Talent Management & Organizational Development: Plan staffing needs, assign team responsibilities, and ensure appropriate coverage across all service areas. Conduct performance evaluations, coach team members, and support professional development to build service capability and operational excellence. Promote a culture of learner-centered service, accountability, accuracy, and collaboration.
Requirements:
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a related field is required.
- Doctorate is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in enrollment management, student services, admissions and registration, educational administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience leading multi-function teams in an educational or service-oriented environment.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership ability to motivate teams, manage performance.
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills; ability to translate strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of admissions, registration, scheduling, certification, learner records, and enrollment service processes.
- Strong customer service orientation; ability to improve learner experience, manage escalations, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Ability to use enrollment data, reports, and service metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
