Our client, a major bank in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Director to lead strategic RFPs, RFIs and client submissions across its Securities Services division; someone who has the ability to turn complex client requirements into compelling proposals. The right candidate will partner with Sales, Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Risk and senior management across the full opportunity lifecycle, from strategy and pitch preparation through to submission and post-bid review. They're looking for a senior securities services professional with strong custody expertise, commercial acumen, exceptional writing skills and the ability to lead complex, high-profile opportunities from start to finish.
