Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Real Estate Development to lead and manage end-to-end real estate development projects in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, feasibility, design, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of real estate development projects from concept to completion
Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling
Identify and evaluate new development opportunities and investment prospects
Manage project budgets, timelines, and overall performance
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and approvals
Oversee design development, value engineering, and project optimization
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
Prepare and present development reports to senior management and stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum 12–15 years of experience in real estate development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the Saudi real estate market and regulatory environment
Proven track record of delivering large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
Expertise in project management, feasibility analysis, and financial planning
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with developers, investment firms, or large real estate groups
Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and project delivery frameworks
Proficiency in real estate financial modeling and development strategies
