Position Summary
You would own our paid and digital acquisition strategy across the Middle East and North Africa — one of the fastest-growing digital markets in the world. Reporting to the CMO, you will set the vision for how PropertyFinder wins across search, paid social, display, video and emerging channels, across every one of our markets, and turn that vision into measurable growth in leads, customers and revenue.
This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of strategy, data and execution. You will build and lead a high-performing team of 5+ marketing professionals, own a significant paid media budget end-to-end, and be the person the CMO and wider leadership team look to for how paid and digital marketing drives PropertyFinder's next phase of growth.
You will bring an audience-first, data-led approach to every channel, balance short-term performance against long-term brand value, and push the team to test, learn and scale what works faster than anyone else in the category.
We're looking for someone who has done this before at a fast-growing consumer tech or marketplace business — as comfortable forecasting next quarter's CAC as presenting media strategy to the Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the paid and digital marketing strategy end-to-end — setting the vision for customer acquisition across search, paid social, display, video and emerging channels, across all PropertyFinder markets.
- Build, lead and develop a high-performing team of 5+ paid and digital marketing professionals, creating a culture of ownership, continuous learning and fast iteration.
- Set and own the paid marketing budget, allocating spend across channels and markets to maximize ROI, and forecasting and reporting performance to the CMO and executive leadership team.
- Define the KPIs that matter — CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnel conversion — and build the reporting and measurement infrastructure that gives leadership a real-time view of what's working and why.
- Partner with Creative, Brand, Product and Analytics teams so paid, brand and product experiences work as one system, not in silos.
- Drive a rigorous test-and-learn culture — structured A/B and multivariate testing across audiences, creative, channels and landing experiences to continuously improve performance.
- Own PropertyFinder's relationships with media, ad-tech and agency partners, negotiating terms and holding partners to the same performance bar as the internal team.
- Bring an outside-in perspective — track new platforms, formats and privacy/measurement shifts across the industry, and keep PropertyFinder's paid and digital strategy ahead of the market rather than playing catch-up.
- Act as a member of the marketing leadership team, shaping broader marketing strategy and representing paid/digital priorities in company-wide planning.
Desired Qualifications
- 10+ years in paid and digital marketing, including 3+ years leading and scaling a performance marketing function at senior leadership level
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Deep fluency in the paid media and ad-tech stack — Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic/DSPs — plus the analytics and measurement tools behind them (GA4, SEMrush, Looker/Tableau or equivalent).
- AI-enabled creative or media automation tools,
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets across multiple markets and channels, with a demonstrated record of improving CAC, ROAS and LTV at scale.
- Proven ability to run a rigorous test-and-learn function — structured A/B and multivariate testing across audiences, creative and channels.
- A data-native mindset: comfortable moving between spreadsheet-level forecasting and executive-level storytelling, with strong instincts for what to test next. Strong grasp of marketing measurement fundamentals — incrementality, attribution, and the shift toward privacy-led measurement — and how to make good decisions despite imperfect data.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Deep, hands-on experience across the full paid ecosystem — paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, video, and affiliate/partnerships — ideally at a consumer marketplace, e-commerce, or subscription business.
- Experience operating across multiple markets or regions simultaneously, balancing centralized strategy with local market nuance (MENA experience a strong plus, not required).
- Experience partnering directly with a CMO or executive leadership team on budget, forecasting and board-level reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence a CMO, an executive committee and a media agency with equal credibility.
