Key Responsibilities
Supervises the management of translation, publishing, protocol, and events activities within the organization.
Participates in the development and preparation of policies and procedures and provides recommendations in alignment with the entity’s overall objectives and leading practices in the field of work.
Proposes areas of development and improvement regarding operational procedures to enhance the department’s operational efficiency.
Manages the department’s annual operating budget, monitors its performance, and submits periodic reports thereof.
Manages the organization’s events by preparing a detailed scope of work for events and supervising the provision of services and facilities for holding meetings and seminars organized by the organization.
Supervises the organization of delegation visits to the organization and the application of protocol and ceremonial procedures, supervises the reception of the organization’s guests, prepares appropriate programs and schedules for their visits, arranges their accommodation, and so on, and follows up on the management and development of gifts, in coordination with the relevant entities.
Provides support in preparing and reviewing speeches and remarks delivered by senior officials.
Supervises the organization, implementation, and management of the organization’s traveling exhibitions or those in which the entity participates, and supervises the organization of conferences and exhibitions held or participated in by the entity, both locally and internationally, in coordination with the relevant entities within the organization.
Provides support for activities related to accompanying VIPs and official delegations during internal and external visits.
Supervises ensuring compliance with protocols by employees involved in organizing visits and managing relations with VIPs and official delegations.
Manages coordination activities with the organizational units within the organization to prepare and arrange for visits by VIPs and official delegations.
Manages coordination with stakeholders/relevant entities inside and outside the entity to organize events, including conferences, seminars, and others.
Manages activities related to representing the organization at local and international forums and events.
Supervises activities related to preparing, designing, and issuing publications related to the event identity.
Manages all operational activities and procedures related to organizing events in coordination with the relevant organizational units.
Supervises the planning and implementation of awareness and educational programs.
Supervises the organization of sponsorship, partnership, and social responsibility programs launched by or participated in by the entity.
Complies with the organization’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.
Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
Required Experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
