Job Title: Director of Marketing & Business Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking an executive-level Director of Marketing & Business Growth to lead the marketing function, drive commercial strategy, and fuel growth across Egypt and the Gulf region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a team of six professionals and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence within manufacturing-adjacent sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute comprehensive marketing and business growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and oversee a high-performing marketing team of 6 subordinates.
Regional Expansion: Drive brand development and campaign strategies targeting key markets in Egypt and the Gulf region.
Executive Collaboration: Work closely with top management to shape market positioning and revenue growth initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Establish measurable KPIs to evaluate campaign success, brand traction, and ROI across marketing channels.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of total experience, with a proven track record in executive or director-level marketing roles.
Industry Background: Solid experience within Manufacturing sectors (Engineering, Home Appliances, or Automotive highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; post-graduate certificates in Marketing are required.
Languages: Native/Fluent Arabic and Excellent English communication skills.
Computer Skills: Excellent overall computer proficiency.
Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 30% across targeted regions (Egypt & Gulf).
