About the role
As Interior Design Director, you'll set the design direction for luxury hotel and high-end residential projects for leading international brands and private clients. You'll take ideas from early concept and space planning all the way through documentation and on-site coordination, working hand in hand with our FF&E and 3D specialists, architects, engineers and local consultants.
You'll be the senior design voice in the room, leading client presentations and workshops, protecting the design intent through construction, and making sure every project land on time, on budget and on brand.
What you'll do
- Lead the design of luxury hospitality and high-end residential projects from concept to completion.
- Turn each project's narrative into interior architecture, planning, detailing, materials and atmosphere.
- Present and workshop ideas directly with clients as their trusted senior design advisor.
- Review and refine drawings, documentation and material direction to the highest standard.
- Bring FF&E, 3D visualization, architects, engineers and consultants together into one cohesive design.
- Oversee tender and construction documentation, codes and brand standards.
- Attend client and site meetings, resolving design queries as projects come to life.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with CCD studios across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
What you'll bring
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or similar.
- 12+ years in interior design, with strong senior-level experience in luxury hospitality and/or high-end residential projects.
- A portfolio that shows great spatial planning, interior architecture and concept development.
- Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite (BIM/Revit a plus).
- Solid knowledge of building codes, contract documentation and consultant coordination (MEP, structural, lighting).
- Confidence presenting to clients and leading senior-level design discussions.
- Commercial awareness — you can balance creative ambition with budget, programme and brand needs.
- A self-directed, organized working style across international projects and time zones.
- A genuine love for hospitality and residential design, and a collaborative, detail-focused mindset.
