COMPANY DESCRIPTION
BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE, a corporate legal and LegalTech organization working in coordination with the BLACKBULL Chamber of Investment, is developing an international platform integrating corporate legal management, fundraising, project finance, asset management, banking relationships, investment structuring, and cross-border business development.
BLACKBULL is currently developing new India and Indo-UAE projects, including a proposed banking and financial-services ecosystem in India, asset-backed investment opportunities, LegalTech infrastructure, institutional programs, and corporate investment channels.
As these projects are at a pre-revenue and development stage, BLACKBULL is seeking senior professionals who understand how to convert a strong project framework, asset portfolio, business model, and future cash-flow opportunity into an institutionally investable proposition.
POSITION: DIRECTOR OF CAPITAL PARTNERS
BLACKBULL is appointing experienced Directors of Capital Partners with exclusive market responsibility in:
Qatar | Bahrain | Riyadh / Saudi Arabia | United Arab Emirates
The Director will be responsible for developing institutional capital relationships within the assigned GCC market and connecting suitable investors, banks, family offices, asset managers, private credit institutions, strategic investors, and corporate groups with qualified BLACKBULL and Indian project opportunities.
This is not a conventional sales, referral, or relationship-manager position.
The mandate requires a professional who understands fundraising, banking, asset management, bank credit, project finance, investment structuring, and institutional capital relationships and can actively progress transactions toward financial closure.
PRIMARY CAPITAL MANDATE
The Director will be expected to:
- Build and manage relationships with family offices, banks, investment companies, asset managers, private credit funds, PE firms, sovereign/institutional investors, HNIs, and corporate investment groups.
- Raise capital for qualified Indian and Indo-UAE projects.
- Develop strategic relationships with GCC investors seeking exposure to Indian businesses, projects, financial services, technology, and asset-backed opportunities.
- Structure and coordinate debt, equity, private credit, strategic investment, joint ventures, and other commercially appropriate financing models.
- Identify suitable banking and institutional credit channels for new projects.
- Develop capital partnerships capable of supporting multiple projects rather than only one transaction.
- Coordinate investor presentations, financial models, due diligence, valuations, term sheets, investment structures, and transaction negotiations.
- Establish long-term international relationships between BLACKBULL, Indian companies, financial institutions, and GCC capital providers.
NEW BANKING & FINANCIAL CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
A major component of this position will involve supporting BLACKBULL's proposed new banking and financial-channel development in India, subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
The Director should understand banking capitalization, financial-institution investment, NBFC structures, bank credit, asset-backed finance, institutional funding, and regulated financial-sector transactions.
The role may involve identifying:
Strategic Investors | Banking Partners | Financial Institutions | Institutional Capital | Private Equity | Family Offices | Asset Managers | Private Credit Funds | Technology Partners | Financial-Sector Joint Ventures
Candidates with previous experience in banking-sector fundraising, financial institution capitalization, NBFC development, FinTech, regulated financial services, or banking acquisitions will receive particular consideration.
Any establishment, acquisition, capitalization, or control of a regulated banking/NBFC business will remain subject to applicable Indian regulatory requirements and approvals.
ASSET MANAGEMENT & ASSET-BACKED CAPITAL
The Director should understand how physical and operating assets can support sophisticated financing structures.
BLACKBULL intends to develop funding opportunities around eligible Indian:
Commercial Properties | Industrial Assets | Operating Businesses | Corporate Cash Flows | Acquisition Portfolios | Financial Assets | Infrastructure Projects | Revenue-Generating Businesses
The Director should be capable of evaluating how asset value, cash flow, collateral, credit enhancement, security structures, and project economics can be presented to institutional capital providers.
Funding against any Indian asset will remain subject to independent valuation, legal due diligence, enforceability of security, lender/investor underwriting, FEMA/RBI requirements, and other applicable regulations.
PRE-REVENUE PROJECT FUNDRAISING
Experience with pre-revenue fundraising is particularly important.
The selected professional must understand that pre-revenue institutional fundraising requires more than investor introductions.
The Director should be capable of presenting and defending:
Project Economics | Market Opportunity | Asset Coverage | Capital Requirements | Financial Projections | Governance | Risk Management | Investor Protection | Exit Strategy | Revenue Model | Management Capability | Regulatory Roadmap
The objective is to transform the Indo-UAE project framework into an investment proposition capable of meeting institutional due-diligence standards.
IDEAL PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
BLACKBULL is particularly interested in professionals with 10–20+ years of relevant experience across:
Investment Banking | Corporate Banking | Project Finance | Asset Management | Private Banking | Fundraising | Private Equity | Private Credit | Structured Finance | Bank Credit | M&A | Family Office Investment | Institutional Capital
Candidates should possess strong relationships within their proposed territory and demonstrate access to genuine capital decision-makers.
MBA, CFA, CA, ACCA, banking credentials, investment-management qualifications, or equivalent professional credentials are advantageous; however, transaction history, institutional credibility, capital relationships, and execution capability will carry significant weight.
EXCLUSIVE GCC TERRITORY
BLACKBULL intends to develop this position selectively.
A suitable Director may receive responsibility for one defined territory:
Director – Capital Partners, Qatar
Director – Capital Partners, Bahrain
Director – Capital Partners, Saudi Arabia / Riyadh
Director – Capital Partners, UAE
Territorial exclusivity, where offered, will be subject to agreed performance standards, compliance requirements, capital-development milestones, and continued active representation.
The Director will be expected to develop BLACKBULL's capital relationships within the assigned jurisdiction rather than simply provide occasional investor introductions.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Applicants should be prepared to demonstrate:
- Previous fundraising and transaction closures.
- Size and type of transactions previously handled.
- Existing relationships with institutional investors and capital providers.
- Understanding of project finance and bank credit.
- Asset-management and asset-backed financing experience.
- Ability to raise debt and/or equity.
- Knowledge of Indian and GCC investment markets.
- Ability to manage institutional due diligence.
- Realistic capital-raising strategy for a pre-revenue project.
- Capacity to build long-term India–GCC financial relationships.
COMPENSATION & LONG-TERM PARTICIPATION
For qualified candidates capable of delivering measurable results, BLACKBULL may structure the engagement through:
Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Compensation + Transaction Incentives + Long-Term Benefits + Potential Equity Participation
Final compensation and any equity participation will depend upon experience, responsibilities, territory, fundraising capability, successful transaction execution, and mutually agreed performance milestones.
This opportunity is specifically intended for senior professionals who can build capital partnerships, arrange project investment, develop banking relationships, understand asset management and bank credit, and convert international relationships into executable transactions.
BLACKBULL's objective is to establish a sustainable India–UAE–GCC capital corridor capable of supporting Indian projects, asset portfolios, financial-sector development, and future banking initiatives through professionally structured international partnerships.
Important: Appointment does not constitute a guarantee of fundraising success, territorial exclusivity, equity, or transaction closure. All investments and regulated financial activities remain subject to due diligence, commercial approval, applicable licensing, and Indian/GCC regulatory requirements.
