About The RoleAs Director of Fitness, you will oversee the strategic and operational leadership of the Fitness and Recovery Labs, ensuring the highest standards of service, guest engagement, and profitability. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team including Fitness Managers, Personal Trainers, Recovery Specialists, and Nutrition professionals.
You will be responsible for developing innovative fitness programming, driving membership and revenue growth, managing budgets, maintaining operational excellence, and creating an environment where guests can achieve their wellness goals. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the SIRO fitness offering through industry-leading concepts, partnerships, and experiences.
