A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Digitalization Project Manager for Manufacturing, you will spend your day balancing strategic project leadership with hands-on technical implementation at the Finspang production site. You will work closely with production teams, AM engineers, site management, and global digitalization stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives that support production ramp-up and cost optimization. A key part of your role will be developing and executing a local digitalization roadmap while leading the implementation of critical shopfloor systems such as MES and SCADA. Your expertise will help bridge local operational needs with global strategies while building long-term digital capabilities within the manufacturing organization.
