Design and maintain technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

Establish and promote digital architecture standards and governance practices.

Identify and prioritize technical debt, security improvements, and technical enablers.

Lead initiatives involving new technologies, architecture improvements, and emerging practices.

Identify opportunities for MVPs, POCs, and new capabilities to improve application delivery.

Regularly review the technology stack to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Collaborate with enterprise architecture forums and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.

10–15 years of experience in software architecture and solution design, preferably within the banking domain.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, Spring Boot, design patterns, and frontend technologies.

Experience with DevOps tools, continuous deployment, release management, and highly scalable applications.

Experience integrating with API Gateways, ISAM, and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB); IBM DataPower is a plus.

Knowledge of enterprise architecture (EA) tools and architecture governance.

Experience with application security, technical debt management, and architecture standards.

Familiarity with Redis and Logstash is an advantage.

Ability to collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.

Experience maintaining architecture repositories, identifying technical improvements, and evaluating new technologies.

Relevant degree or diploma in technology; Microservices or Enterprise Application Development certifications are a plus.
