Job SummaryThe Digital Media Designer & Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality visual and multimedia content to support the hospital’s marketing, social media, PR, and internal communication activities.
Key Responsibilities
- * Design creative materials including social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, posters, roll- ups, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Create and edit educational, promotional, awareness, and social media videos.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and Audition), CapCut, Canva, and AI content creation tools.
- Stay updated with design, video, social media, and AI content trends
- Handle photography and videography for hospital events, doctors, staff, facilities, and services.
- Prepare filming setups, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and green screen.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, and scenarios for video content.
- Work closely with doctors and internal departments to organize shoots, filming, photography, and content production.
- Support the marketing strategy and content calendar by providing the required creative materials.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent with the hospital’s brand identity.
- Coordinate with external agencies when needed, including website updates and content requirements.
- Support TV, social media, PR, and commercial collaborations that require photography or video production.
- Cover hospital events on-site and off-site, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Travel outside Jordan when required for events or international coverage.
Qualifications, Skills, And Experience
- * Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, and other content creation tools.
- Good photography, videography, and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with AI content creation tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for visual quality and details.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and continuously develop creative and technical skills.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events and PR activities.
- Languages: Arabic and English.
