We’re Hiring | Digital Marketing Specialist
Imperial Real Estate Development is looking for a skilled, creative, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Amman – Airport Road.
Experience: 2–4 years in digital marketing, with a strong background in paid advertising, campaign management, audience targeting, lead generation, and good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.
Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across social media and other digital platforms.
Develop effective audience targeting strategies to reach potential customers and generate high-quality leads.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize advertising campaigns to achieve excellent results and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Manage social media advertising accounts and advertising budgets.
Generate qualified leads and support the company’s marketing and sales objectives.
Manage and maintain the company’s website, domain, and hosting services.
Work with WordPress to update, maintain, and optimize website content and functionality.
Utilize AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, content creation, and campaign performance.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising strategies, and platform updates.
Requirements
2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.
Strong background in social media marketing, campaign management, audience targeting, and lead generation.
Proven ability to deliver excellent advertising results and generate quality leads.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
Good knowledge of website management, domain registration, and hosting services.
Experience with WordPress is required.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.
Ability to join immediately is preferred.
