Our client is a fast-growing technology and digital services company providing an AI driven application suite built to enhance the guest experience, visitor footfall analytics, and indoor tracking & IoT solutions for physical spaces to large enterprise customers across multiple markets.
As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a highly hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to take full ownership of their digital marketing activities.
About the Role
This is a fully in-house, hands-on digital marketing role.
We are specifically looking for someone with a strong digital marketing agency background who has experience across the full digital marketing spectrum and is capable of executing the work independently.
This is not an agency-management position. The company will not be outsourcing its digital marketing activities to an external agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, managing and optimising the company's digital marketing activities directly.
You will be expected to understand the company's services, target enterprise audiences and business objectives, and translate them into effective digital marketing strategies and measurable campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Take full ownership of day-to-day digital marketing activities.
- Develop campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, website traffic, qualified leads and business opportunities.
- Identify new digital channels, tools and opportunities to improve marketing performance.
- Manage the complete digital marketing funnel from awareness through to lead generation and conversion.
SEO
- Take full ownership of the company's SEO strategy and execution.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and comprehensive SEO audits.
- Manage on-page, off-page and technical SEO activities.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, metadata, internal linking and site structure.
- Identify and address technical SEO opportunities.
- Develop content strategies designed to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads and conversions.
- Use tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Develop campaign structures, audiences, targeting, ad copy and landing page requirements.
- Monitor and optimise CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve campaign performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
Content Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy targeting enterprise decision-makers and relevant B2B audiences.
- Manage the company's social media channels and content calendar.
- Create compelling content for websites, LinkedIn, blogs, campaigns, newsletters and other digital channels.
- Write SEO-optimised and commercially focused content.
- Translate complex technology and business services into clear, engaging marketing messages.
- Identify relevant industry topics and trends to strengthen the company's digital presence.
Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Take ownership of the company's website from a digital marketing perspective.
- Continuously improve website content, structure, UX and conversion performance.
- Create and optimise landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.
- Develop and test CTAs, forms and conversion journeys.

- Set and monitor digital marketing KPIs.
- Analyse website, SEO, paid advertising, social media and lead-generation performance.
- Use Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and other analytics platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Use data to identify opportunities, optimise campaigns and improve ROI.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within a digital marketing, performance marketing or integrated marketing agency.
- Strong practical experience across SEO, PPC/SEM, content marketing, social media, analytics and lead generation.
- Proven ability to independently execute digital marketing activities rather than simply manage agencies or external suppliers.
- Strong understanding of B2B and enterprise marketing.
- Experience marketing technology, digital services, SaaS, IT or other complex B2B solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar SEO tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial mindset with a strong focus on measurable results.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is agency-trained but execution-focused.
You are someone who can independently take a business objective and turn it into a complete digital marketing plan and then actually execute it.
You should be comfortable moving between:
SEO → Google/LinkedIn Ads → Content → Social Media → Website → Analytics → Lead Generation → Conversion Optimisation
without needing an external agency or another specialist to execute each part.
