Job PurposePlan and execute the company’s digital content, social media, advertising, and website marketing activities. Work with the Marketing Manager and creative teams to grow reach, engagement, inquiries, website traffic, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, seasons, and business priorities.
- Write captions, campaign copy, website content, and briefs or scripts for graphics and short videos. Coordinate production with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies.
- Manage approved social media channels, publish content on schedule, monitor interactions, and route customer inquiries to the relevant teams.
- Plan, run, and optimize Meta and Google advertising campaigns within approved budgets. Test audiences and creative materials, and track spending and results.
- Support online store promotions, product launches, website campaigns, SEO activities, Google Business Profile updates, and improvements to the customer journey.
- Coordinate digital campaign timelines and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
- Prepare a monthly performance report covering content and audience results, website traffic, advertising costs, leads, conversions, online sales where measurable, and recommendations for the next month.
- Monitor competitors, platform changes, and market trends; recommend improvements while maintaining the company’s brand standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, including management of corporate social media accounts and hands-on Meta advertising.
- Google Ads experience is strongly preferred. E-commerce and creative team or agency experience are advantages.
Skills & CompetenciesStrong copywriting, content planning, campaign coordination, and analytical skills. Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, Google Business Profile, major social platforms, content scheduling tools, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Canva, SEO, Search Console, TikTok Ads, WhatsApp Business, CRM, or marketing automation is an advantage.
The candidate should be organized, creative, commercially aware, and able to manage deadlines and work across teams.
Languages: Strong written and spoken English. Strong Arabic communication skills are highly preferred; the ability to write natural Arabic social media content is a significant advantage.
