Responsibilities
1. Advertising Campaign Management
- Schedule, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis and ensure campaigns are delivering according to their objectives.
- Track reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Identify performance issues and take immediate action to improve campaign results.
2. Creative & Design Performance Evaluation
- Review and evaluate advertising creatives, designs, and visual assets.
- Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve creative performance.
- Monitor CTR and other engagement metrics associated with different designs and creative variations.
- Analyze which creative elements contribute to better performance and recommend improvements based on data.
3. Notifications & In-App Messaging
- Schedule and manage Push Notifications and In-App Messages according to marketing objectives and campaign plans.
- Monitor engagement and performance metrics, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions where applicable.
- Analyze user engagement and continuously optimize messaging, timing, frequency, and content to improve performance.
- Test different messaging approaches and use performance data to identify the most effective strategies.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate effectively between different teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Maintain clear communication between Marketing, Content, Design, and other relevant teams.
- Respond quickly to campaign requirements, performance issues, and urgent requests.
- Ensure that tasks are properly communicated, prioritized, and followed up until completion.
5. Content & Design Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Content Writers, Designers, and the Marketing Team.
- Ensure that content and creative assets are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Provide performance-based feedback to content and design teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve content and creative assets based on campaign data and user engagement.
6. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Prepare detailed performance reports for individual marketing activities.
- Analyze and report on the performance of:
- Advertising campaigns
- Push notifications
- In-app messages
- Content improvements
- Creative and design improvements
- User engagement activities
- Present clear insights, observations, and actionable recommendations based on performance data.
- Track improvements over time and measure the impact of optimization activities.
7. Analytics & Marketing Tools
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Firebase
- Google AdMob
- Google Ad Manager (GAM)
- Adjust
- Other relevant digital advertising and analytics platforms.
The candidate should be able to use these tools to:
- Monitor campaign and marketing performance.
- Analyze user behavior.
- Evaluate campaign results.
- Identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations.
8. Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Continuously monitor campaign and marketing performance.
- Quickly identify unusual changes, performance drops, or opportunities for improvement.
- Take a proactive approach to solving performance-related issues.
- Use data and analytics to recommend and implement performance improvements.
- Continuously optimize campaigns, content, creatives, notifications, and in-app messaging based on measurable results.
9. Charity Sector & Fundraising Experience
- Previous experience in the charity sector, fundraising platforms, or donation-based applications is highly preferred.
- Understanding of digital fundraising campaigns, their objectives, and the key performance indicators used to measure their success.
- Ability to analyze donor behavior and optimize digital campaigns to increase engagement, conversions, and donations.
- Familiarity with the nature of marketing and advertising content used for charitable campaigns and fundraising projects.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, or a related role.
- Previous experience in the charitable/non-profit sector is mandatory.
- Practical experience in launching, monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Good understanding of key digital marketing performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, engagement, and reach.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and advertising tools such as GA4, Firebase, Adjust, Google AdMob, and Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Experience in managing and optimizing Push Notifications and In-App Messaging, including performance monitoring, A/B testing, and optimization.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to analyze campaign and user engagement data and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with Marketing, Content, Design, and other cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Previous experience in fundraising, donation platforms, or charitable applications is highly preferred.
- Understanding of digital fundraising campaigns and donor conversion journeys is an added advantage.
