1. Role OverviewThe Digital Account Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day relationships with clients, ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, and ensuring that all account deliverables are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
The role requires strong agency experience, with the ability to manage multiple accounts across different industries and coordinate between different teams and stakeholders.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management
- * Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and meetings.
- Handle client feedback and ensure proper communication internally.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and priorities.
Account Management
- * Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Understand each client's business, industry, audience, and marketing objectives.
- Maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects, deliverables, deadlines, and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Internal Coordination
- * Coordinate between clients and internal teams, including:

- Creative / Design
- Social Media
- Media Buying
- Production
- Strategy
- Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.
- Follow up with relevant teams to ensure deliverables are progressing.
- Make sure all deliverables meet the agreed requirements before being shared with the client.
- Escalate issues, delays, or blockers when necessary.
Project & Timeline Management
- * Create and maintain account timelines and content calendars.
- Track deliverables and deadlines.
- Follow up on pending tasks and approvals.
- Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines.
- Coordinate revisions and approvals between clients and internal teams.
Reporting & Performance
- * Collect required account performance updates from relevant teams.
- Prepare or coordinate monthly/weekly client reports.
- Understand key digital marketing KPIs and communicate performance clearly to clients.
- Highlight important results, challenges, and next steps.
Business Development
- * Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts.
- Understand additional client needs and communicate them to the relevant team.
- Support proposals, presentations, and upselling opportunities when required.
3. Required Experience 2–4 years of experience in a digital agency.
* Previous experience managing multiple client accounts.
* Experience working with clients from different industries*.

* Experience working with creative and digital marketing teams.
* Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and client approvals.
