Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating project planning, managing budgets, liaising with regulatory bodies, and ensuring smooth execution from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential projects, including site assessments, cost estimates, and risk analyses.
- Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop and review project plans, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial tracking, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
- Compile project data and prepare comprehensive project briefs.
- Work closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure project licensing and compliance with technical requirements.
- Facilitate efficient coordination among multiple projects to streamline execution.
- Provide the Marketing team with necessary project data and materials to support ongoing campaigns.
- Support in developing strategies to enhance sales activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure seamless communication.
- Support the community department in renovation and enhancement initiatives for existing projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering.
- 3- 5 years of experience in real estate development, design management, or a related engineering role.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
