To lead, supervise and direct the Public relations activities that support YASREF organization. Ensure the facilitation of media, publications, press formalities, internal and external communications are well managed. Ensure public relation service activities follow operational priorities.
COMMUNICATION
- Internal : Report and refer on a regular basis with hierarchy. Implement pertinent policies, exchange information, discuss and know relevant KPIs/performance parameters. Provide service to other organizations.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement communications plan as per YASREF strategy, goals and budget as per desired outputs.
- Develop and monitor media relations seeking high-level of exposure in print, broadcast and online media.
- Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business, industry and media.
- Interact with Corporate planning or management to prepare press releases or other media communications to promote the organization intent.
- Ensure all internal communications like, Email, intranet, mobile communication, Inter department, cross functional communication are effective and adds value to the productivity of the organization.
- Periodically conduct internal communication survey, post survey takes various measures, conduct workshops/exercise to improve the communication level inside the organisation.
- Ensure all External communications like, Press releases, Press conferences, Advertising, Communication with external agencies are effective and adds value to the organization.
- Ensure a good community relations are maintained with all external stakeholders in harmonious way.
- Plan or develop communication programs/publications to maintain favourable public or stockholder perceptions of organization's accomplishments, agenda, environmental responsibility or green task statement.
- Develop, design, or create a new publications/ applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.
- On the instruction of management, communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
- Provide consultation and advice to other departments of the Company in the preparation of informative material in various media for dissemination to Company employees and the general public, such as miscellaneous publications of technical and sensitive nature on aspects of Company operations and programs.
- Conduct research, write and edit content for various publications and press.
- Ensure Multi Media production including photography and videography produced to enhance the image of the organization.
- Create media content for news stories for publication or broadcast, describing the background and details of events.
- Conduct and manage various events on time, within budget, that meet expectations of the organization.
- Examine budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
- Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, track actual costs relative to budgets.
- Develop various service policies, guidelines and instructions, and ensure the availability of all resources required to perform as per the set standards.
- Coordinate with internal control team to ensure internal controls are well established, monitored and complied. Ensure procedural risks are addressed, resolved and not repeated. 2
- Coordinate with OE (Operational Excellence) team to ensure Quality models are introduced as per the guidelines of Operational Excellence guidelines. 2
- Manage YASREF Corporate Social responsibilities and activities. 2
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct Supervisor.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations or equivalent.
