About The RoleAs Department Manager, Engineering Casting, you will be responsible for leading and developing the department, its people, and its business. You will create the conditions for collaboration, continuous improvement, and sustainable results across the organization.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
You will report to the Head of the Engineering function in Skövde. You will also be a member of the Engineering management team and an active participant in the Foundry function’s management team.
