Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily deliveries to clients, showrooms, and project sites
Lead drivers and delivery helpers; assign daily routes and tasks
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales to ensure orders are dispatch-ready
Inspect loading, wrapping, and protection of every item before it leaves the factory
Ensure furniture is unpacked, placed, and arranged properly at the client's location
Confirm schedules with clients and keep them informed throughout
Secure signed delivery notes and confirm items are received in perfect condition
Report and follow up on damages, returns, and complaints until closed
Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports
Manage company vehicles: fuel, maintenance, and readiness
Requirements
Arabic & English (required)
3+ years in delivery, logistics, or team supervision.
Valid Kuwait driving license (required)
Strong knowledge of Kuwait areas and roads
Professional and courteous with high-end clients
Organized, punctual, and calm under pressure
Currently in Kuwait with transferable residency, or available to join immediately
