Senior Safety CAE EngineerAbout The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Safety CAE Engineer to support automotive safety simulation activities. The role focuses on CAE analysis, simulation modelling, post-processing, result analysis, and technical reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- * Perform CAE analysis and simulations within the automotive safety domain.
- Develop and prepare simulation models.
- Execute simulations and perform post-processing of data.
- Analyze and interpret simulation results.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Perform correlation of simulation models with physical test results when required.
- Provide progress updates and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality CAE deliveries
Required Skills & Experience* Strong experience in Safety CAE / Passive Safety.
* Senior-level experience in CAE simulation engineering.
* Hands-on experience with:
+ LS-DYNA
+ ANSA
+ METApost
+ CrachFEM
- Strong knowledge of simulation modelling and post-processing.
- Experience in analysis and interpretation of CAE results.
- Experience with simulation-to-test correlation is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.
Additional Requirements
- * Experience from the automotive/vehicle development industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work with confidential engineering data and follow required security procedures.
