I- Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building long-term relationships with customers and partners. The role combines cybersecurity technical understanding with consultative sales, requiring the ability to understand customer requirements, translate business and security challenges into appropriate solutions, and drive opportunities from initial prospecting through to successful closure and handover.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, technically minded, highly organized, and capable of engaging confidently with both technical and business stakeholders.

II- Duties & Responsibilities:

· Identify, prospect, and develop new customers and business opportunities across Lebanon and Syria through direct outreach, networking, partners, events, referrals, and other channels.

· Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification through solution proposal, negotiation, closing, and customer handover.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners by understanding their business objectives, cybersecurity challenges, and technology requirements.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate cybersecurity products and services that address their technical and business needs.

· Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution briefings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and RFP responses in coordination with internal technical and implementation teams.

· Negotiate commercial terms within approved company guidelines and actively drive opportunities toward successful closure.

· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, provide accurate sales forecasts, and consistently achieve assigned sales and business development KPIs.

· Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to increase customer value and revenue.

· Research target markets, monitor cybersecurity trends and competitors, and identify new opportunities for business growth.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including leads, opportunities, customer interactions, meetings, quotations, and sales activities.

· Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to ensure opportunities progress effectively and customer requirements are addressed.

· Coordinate with technical and implementation teams during project deployment to ensure customer requirements are properly communicated and a smooth transition from sales to implementation is achieved.

· Support customer projects and implementation activities on an ad hoc basis when required.

· Represent the company professionally and contribute to building a strong reputation for technical expertise, reliability, and customer service.

III- Skills and Qualifications:

1. Education:

· Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2. Experience:

· 5 years’ experience in related field (2-3 years as sales)

· Knowledge of the Lebanese market

· Cybersecurity experience is a strong plus

3. Languages:

· Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)

4. Technology:

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
